Step into the glamour of a 1950’s gallery opening… but beware, the night takes a dark turn when the artist is found dead. Every guest is a suspect, including YOU. Now it’s up to you to piece together the clues and reveal the killer.
Date: Friday, 26th September
Location: Makers Tribe Studio - 75 Hannan St, Kalgoorlie
Doors open: 6:00pm for a 6:30pm start - around 9ish
Throughout the night, you’ll:
🕵️ Step into character with your own secret role and clues
🎨 Paint your canvas with prompts inspired by the unfolding mystery
🍷 Sip bubbles (wine bar) or your own BYO drinks
🍴 Enjoy a gourmet grazing table between rounds
đź’Ś Receive clue envelopes to reveal secrets and point fingers
🎠Interrogate, accuse, and defend yourself as the story builds
🖼 End the night with a painting that doubles as your “evidence board”
✨ The studio will be transformed into a 1950’s styled gallery crime scene — think police tape, noir music, glamorous props, and plenty of atmosphere.
🎠Dress Code: 1950’s murder mystery style — pearls, gloves, hats, sharp suits, sequins, red lips.
Prizes will be awarded for:
Best Detective (solves the crime)
Best Painting (most creative clue-inspired artwork)
Best Dressed (most authentic 1950’s look)
